WALDORF SPECIAL "NUMBER ONE" OYSTER

Long Bar at Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund proudly presents the new Waldorf Special Number One oysters for connoisseurs and oyster lovers. Grown in France, these three-year-old oysters, upon maturity, are refined in "claires" for two months, which give them their pure, succulent and delicate taste. The oysters are wrapped in gold foil and sealed with red wax.

This distinctive presentation provides oyster lovers the ultimate in visual and taste enjoyment. The Waldorf Special Number One oysters are available every Friday onwards with a limited stock of 100 pieces every week. Advanced reservation is recommended.
