Lavish marble columns, polished wooden tables and cushioned lounges re-create a modern Manhattan brasserie setting inspired by the original Waldorf=Astoria in New York City. True to its setting, the Brasserie menu features the flavours of a Fine European Brasserie with market-driven, seasonal ingredients prepared in a simple yet elegant style.

There is an open kitchen, where guests can sit back and watch the show from breakfast until late night dinner. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook an interior courtyard garden, providing a sense of peaceful retreat in urban Shanghai. For more private gatherings, two stunning private rooms are available, each seating up to 10 guests. Two additional private dining areas in the wine cellar are perfect for wine tastings and intimate dinners.

Daily breakfast at the Grand Brasserie is a European affair in a semi-buffet style. Guests can select hot dishes, such as Eggs Benedict, Healthy Omelets and Belgian Vanilla Waffles, prepared to their liking. They can also choose from continental bakery delicacies and cold cuts available fresh from the open kitchen. Squeezed juices and gourmet coffees and teas accompany the meal.
